Delivered Dead Flowers

I ordered flowers through FTD...the subcontracted these guys to prepared my order. The FTD picture showed a beautiful big arrangement. I ordered the better option. Hmmm...better is not what i got. The flowers were dead and dying. The bouquet had way less flowers than pictured. It was also pictured with a bear that was almost as large as the vase. I received a little cheap bear that wa way smaller than pictured. Big disappointment! Thanks FTD for trusting these guys to show my veautiful girlfriend how much I "love" her. ���� ....and also thanks for the offer of $10 off on my next order that will never be placed. If what i got from these guys is any reflection of how they love returning business...they dont.

These guys advertise that they...

These guys advertise that they are in Houston, but they are in Ft Worth. They get you to order flowers and then sell the order to another flower shop. We used them expecting a local florist and what was delivered was a small arrangement of dead flowers. When we complained the delivering florist told us that they had only given them about half the money we paid for the order. Do not use this florist.

I am so disappointed yet again...

I am so disappointed yet again with this place. They either get the flowers there late, not at all or when they do arrive they look like a $10 bouquet off the street. When I spend $70 on flowers for my friend and I see them and they look like that......I've had it with this company!! I am so mad I could spit nails! You will not get one more single penny from me again....ever! From me, my family or my friends.

My sister ordered her wedding flowers from Bice's along with an additional bouquet to use in her Bridal Portraits and when she went to pick her bouquet up yesterday for the pictures she called me in tears. The flowers were nothing like the ones that were shown in the picture. The ribbon that was laced up on the stems looked so tacky and not to mention the red roses were fire engine red when she ordered DARK RED ROSES. The customer service was completely rude stating that this is what they had picked out and this is what was going to be delivered next weekend to the wedding. When my sister and mom asked to look at the book they picked it our from they gave them 2 small books and said that is all they had. The picture was not in there and my mom asked to see the order form. The lady at the counter could not find the original order and tried to cover there mistake with a new typed order and not the original hand written order. The bouquet had a total of 11 roses. Some were not even open, some were dying, they were thrown together and tied. Her bouquet was to be a tightly round bouquet of roses and what they brought out was something that looked like you went outside and pulled the off the bush. The flowers were staggered, not rounded, and the stem leaves were sticking out through the ribbons. My sister canceled the whole wedding order that moment and demanded a full refund. I ended up going and picking out 30 dark red roses and made her a tightly round bouquet that the photographer said was absolutely gorgeous. I am not a professional florist I am an office manager for a construction company. I would have been ashamed and embarrassed if something like this left my office. If you decide to use them for an event do so at your own risk. This was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Like the person said below it looks like something a preschooler would have thrown together, although i think a pre-schooler may have done a better job.

I tried them because they're a big name but was disapointed with lack of interest and attention I received. I definately felt pressure to spend more than I wanted yet the results didn't match the cost. This was not the first time but it will be the last.

Nice flowers, poor customer service. The owner even called on my cell phone to let me know that I had upset his employee. At that point I just canceled a very expensive arrangement and ask him to apolegize to the lady for bad transaction. They lost a long time customer. Sad at what level customer service has fallen to. Must not need the business. Won't get mine.

Not happy with the quality of the roses I received.

I received some Mother's Day Flowers on Saturday, May 12 from my daughter in Arizona. I noticed at that time they didn't look as fresh as I thought they should. By Sunday they appeared to be on their last leg and on Monday they were dead.I didn't have the heart to tell my daughter she basically wasted $79.00.
