        It is very questionable why the Del Taco Corporation would prefer all these illegal alians with possible fixed paper work to work so very unsanitary. This perpains to ( Del Taco ) on Fairview and Warner. I noticed the dinning tables were filthy. I informed this femake Hispanic adult ot went in one ear and out the other. The cooks were touching food with out plastic gloves.The male Hispanic adult I initialy informed about dirty tables ;Was observed laughing after I tactfully informed him of dirty tables. Where is the corporation on this behavior.This is store: #072.The tables were never cleaned.The cooks continued touching food with out gloves.
