Purchased my BlueStar here and it was an OUTSTANDING Experiance! They had the model I wanted in stock! Delivered and installed within 24 hours! We had a slight adjustment we needed on our burners and they came right out and got it taken care of! Very responsive and great team! Jack and Brett are OUTSTANDING! Don't miss out! If you live in the Hudson Valley these guys are the BEST! I have used that dump out in kingston before and i will NEVER go back! Ackermans all the way!

If the form would let me, I would give zero stars for Ackermans. TERRIBLE service. They were rude when I called to schedule an appointment for service on an appliance that I purchased there. Then they didn't show up for the appointment (for which they gave me a 5 hour window) and did not call to explain or even apologize when I called them. Rude again when I rescheduled the service appointment. Buy somewhere else so that you can get better service.
