Worst buying experience of my life. Horrible to do business with and doesn't stand by their word. Note to anyone looking at this: Beware.

These guys really went out of their way to help me get the truck of my dreams! Grayson picked me up himself from the airport, drove us back to the lot so I could see how my truck handled on the highway...that is not normal Customer Service, that is exceptional! I don't know what these other reviewers are saying but I do know there are some shady people out there and Texas eTrucks are NOT shady people. Can't recommend them enough! Thank you Grayson!

Bought a truck from Grayson, Within the first two weeks, a/c and heater didn't work, had to put on new brakes, they won't send me the sales contract or at least a bill of sale, had to put on new brakes and rotors, tranny leaks, 1,2 and the 3rd cylinder rings are burned up needs all but 2 injectors, the spare tire was missing, had to buy a new belt and tensioner, truck was wrecked they covered that up. The truck has been sitting for two months now cause I don't have $12,000 for a new engine. Ready for this one the lien release is fake....... Mirror fell off, Please trust me and do not buy from these guys. Please don't... Oh there's more wrong with the truck but I don't have the room....

There was a small issue with a ball joint that Grayson went out of his way to handle for me. All in all the best experience I have had.

Do not purchase a vehicle from these guys . NO mechanical expertise involved . They buy trucks from auction . Put a few accessories on with a spit shine without fixing any mechanical problems .

If I could give them no stars I would. They told me all the things I wanted checked were done already, negotiated a price, changed the price after I flew in to Houston and lied about the condition of the truck. I found leaking radiator cooler lines after a 14 hour drive home (it was clean when I looked, they tried to hide it) shot ball joints, tie rods, damage from a high speed buffer, cheap non line-x bed liner as they stated it was, scratches and chips in paint, rip in leather seat that they hid before purchas, as well as several promises made that were never kept. Oh, tires are severely unbalanced as well even though they are fairly new and I was told that the truck drove smooth as glass... Not true in the slightest, vibrates so badly at certain speeds it almost rattles you out of your seat. Don't buy anything from theses swindlers!

I would never advise anyone to buy from Grayson at Texas Etrucks! the truck we bought was supposed to be in "great condition"! however, when we received the truck we drove less than 15 miles before it broke down! The truck had to have a new engine and some other things as well. We had to spend More than $10,000.00, to get the truck running again. This happened back in July 2012 and as of today, Texas Etrucks has NOT helped cover our bill! DO not buy from this company unless you want a vehicle that is worthless!
