Although design of the garden and planning capabilities were good, the actual implementation of garden raised many issues. Therefore I would not recommend this company for any landscaping needs. It was apparent most workers were unskilled, sloppy and careless in their work. I had to correct many problems myself even after fixes were made second time around by workers. Changes were made to signed and agreed to plans last minute by contractor, because they did not communicate in advance with other contractors who had to complete initial phase of work. Also calls left on answering machine were not returned for a week until an e-mail was sent. Plants and shrubs not planted correctly (hole not dug deep or wide enough or plants just sitting on ground and not actually planted), mulch thrown all over plants and shrubs which I had to clear off. Also not enough mulch to minimally provide sufficient ground cover. Downspouts for gutter angled incorrectly causing water build up and mosquito larvae to grow. Stone in new pathway broken and the rest installed unevenly. Sprinkler line installed crooked and a water hose line severed during planting of shrub.Substantial part of new sod died, and grading of soil not performed correctly causing pooling of water in garden.
