Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse sold me my Janome M7. What a Cadillac of a machine! Service times are quick and reasonably priced. Great customer service.

Love Sewing Machine Warehouse! I bought a Jenome S6 a year ago and was able trade it in (at 90% of the purchase price) for a Jenome M8. They have amazing customer service, offer free classes for the first year, and have a wide selection of fabrics to choose from.

Thank you to James at the Conroe location for his knowledge and enthusiasm about the Janome S7. My old Bernina that is 30 years old works fine but this machine is a dream! I was a little worried about the computerized control panel, but it is very easy to learn especially with the detailed DVD and instruction book. I received this as a Christmas gift and have been playing with it all day!

I took my sewing machine in for repair at 249 Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse, only to discover it was not repairable. Shawn offered me a trade-in for my vintage Kenmore and demonstrated an upgraded machine currently on sale. I was very impressed and purchased a Janome before leaving the store.

My recent experience with SewVac Warehouse was absolutely fabulous from the time I entered the building until I exited the building. I have always been greeted with a genuine smile and everyone has always been patient while explaining the questions I present to them. I am so pleased with my Brothers XE1 machine and the service I received while making my purchase. Gifted a serger just prior to COVID, unable to complete class. Fast forward 2 years, outreach Conroe location from where I purchased the machine arranged a class. Met with Susan who was AWESOME, great teacher. This location has the best customer service.

I purchased my machine in Conroe but have had it serviced at Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse on 249. The manager is very attentive to the needs of the customers. He fixes my minor issues on-the-spot whenever he can and gives me tips on how to prevent the same issue in the future. Very helpful!

I took my mom's old machine in to this place and traded it for a new Janome. I love it! They're patient and knowledgeable, always helpful. They have classes, but you can also walk in with a problem and someone will help you. I highly recommend them.

Great People to Help you! I bought the Janome M7 Continental. An Excellent machine. Pam sat with me for a bit and Helped me to navigate The Machine. It has Sooo Many options! All repairs are done in house, and a quick turn a round, If they can get the parts. They also have a large line of fabrics, even the 108's They also offer Long arm quilting. Great place to shop. I purchased my first embroidery machine from the wonderful salespeople in Conroe and I have been hooked ever since. They have a wonderful selection of supplies and fabrics that always keep me going back for more.

I bought my very first embroidery machine from here, and everyone was so helpful. I called in looking for a particular machine - and even though it wasn’t on site when I called, they were able to get one to their store ready for pick up in just a few hours!! They gave me so much information when I picked up my machine, I cannot wait to attend their classes. If, and when I upgrade my machine, I will be going back here!
