We had a facial appointment booked at 1 pm, On same day 11:38 I got a call canceling due to a sick esthetician, and the only response from the staff was that they could re-schedule in a few weeks, HIGHLY disappointed.

Run!! Do not go here or you will get scarred for life....literally. I did a facial and halfway through, I was in tears. She cut my face during the extractions. I have small gashes on my face and all over my nose. I have scabs everywhere. The worst part is that it has been 3 days, and looks like it is going to scar. I haven't even touched my face. If I wipe my nose, it hurts. I wish I could post a pic on here.

I bought a deal for Keratin treatment. Once I was at the salon, I was asked to wait for a stylist. Heather was my stylist. She started working on my hair and told me that it will only take an hour. (I had gotten the Keratin treatments done before and they all took about 3 hours) While working on my hair, she told me that she could “fix” my haircut. I got the haircut at my regular salon elsewhere two days prior to going for the Keratin treatment and it was perfectly fine. I didn’t ask her to give me any haircut since I didn’t need any. She decided to “fix” it and cut just a little from the back. It literally took her less than a minute. Then, she walked me over to the front desk and told the front desk lady to charge me for a haircut with a “deal”. The deal was to charge me $50 for a “haircut” that I didn’t get and didn’t ask for. I asked the lady at the front desk, why am I being charged extra $50 and she was very rude and charged me anyways!

Few days later, I realized my Keratin treatment was nothing like the usual Keratin treatments I have gotten done before. Now I know why it took Heather only an hour for such a crappy treatment.

They are all about money. They are such cheaters! I don’t mind paying extra money for a good service and getting done something I asked for. I would never go back to this place.

I found out about this salon through a groupon deal for a keratin treatment. The staff was so friendly and my stylist made me feel very comfortable about the keratin treatment. She answered my 20+ questions even when I felt I was becoming a bit annoying. This salon has an all star staff, they rock!
