If it was not so serious i would say the owners and managers of this Park are Joking. The grass is 2 foot high and we had to stomp around to locate our sewer connection. We could not Park on the allocated site as the next door van had a TV antenna on the Patio slab. The restrooms are DDD, Dark, Dingy and Dirty. The first thing that greets you in the Restrooms is a sign, computer printed which says,"you will need to bring your own toilet paper" Outside the restrooms is the septic system which is overflowing and smelly, it has an electrical cord from the laundry to the cess pit, goodness knows where it goes or if it safe. Our electricity supply continually went on and off, but eventually it went off and stayed off. To her credit the manager did supply us with an adaptor so we could plug into the 50 amp supply. After a shower of rain we could not access our trailer unless we waded through ankle deep water, which was still present when we left next morning. There is NO WiFi in this Park. I have only given a star rating for this place as the site will not let me place this review unless i do but there is nothing that deserves any. Stay at Walmart, it will be clean, not smelly and you will get FREE Toilet paper

The best RV park I have found around the Houston area. Appreciate the upkeep on the park and the ease of the location. It only took me maybe 10 to 15 minutes to be in the the heart of downtown houston.
I will be back!!

This RV park was great. Great location, clean, and management was helpful. There was wifi and plenty of space so quiet atmosphere. Will definetely be back.

Dreadful place. Management hates people, children, dogs -- loves cats. Place is overrun with feral cats spraying everything in sight and fighting under your trailer in the middle of the night. Manager's boyfriend threatened to shoot a nice lady for offering to help pay to have the cats fixed. Gunshots and possibly dog fights? can be heard in the surrounding neighborhood every other night. Grounds are overrun with poison ivy. Manager claims your potted plants and flowers are harboring snakes, meanwhile there is a brushpile in back that is 30' square and ten feet tall. That is where the copperheads are breeding and molted skins have been found. Septic tanks go underwater in a heavy rain, forming what residents call 'Lake Poopy-caca', which will swell to include a dozen trailers. Nothing like wading through septic overflow. The owner is absentee and won't get involved, won't even return your calls. I figure they are trying to go bankrupt for some strange accounting reason. Occupancy is down to 20% and falling. There is no wifi, no cable ready. Manager is hostile to Comcast and AT&T and they are starting to refuse to take new customers at this address because of the manager's nasty attitude. These people don't deserve your money. I'd rather overnight in a walmart parking lot.
