I have been trying my best to get in touch with someone about my personal injury claim. The women at the front desk are rude and there is never anyone that you can speak to. I had one meeting with the lawyer and never heard anything else after that except when they offered to give me a ride to a doctors appointment that they wanted me to go to. I have a small child and because of this accident I have no transportation for him and I. This law office does not work for the people. They work for themselves. They don't care about basic human rights and will dodge you every chance they get. I have had two case workers and neither of them have been helpful. I leave messages for weeks on end and receive no return calls. I understand this is a law firm but I am also a client! I am still waiting on a return call as I have no transportation to get to their office. All I want to do is close my case so that I am able to carry on with my life. I have never encountered a place that didn't care about a single mother. This is absurd. If you want to be treated like a human and not a check then do not go with this firm. This was my first wreck and they have left a terrible impression on me about law firms. I will never NEVER recommend anyone do business with them and I will be calling the BBB on them as well.
