Hotel ZaZa Museum District

Carol made the credit card authorization form very easy. She had wonderful patience with me and the weekend went off without a hitch.

This was my first time in Houston. I'd be happy if I had the occasion to return and I would look into Hotel ZaZa first.

I had purchased the Spring Package for my son and daughter-in-law, as a birthday gift. The location of the Zaza is perfect for getting anywhere in Uptown. The forward thinking of the 10 $2.00 bills at check-out is a very clever reminder of how unique Zaza is in every aspect.

Mary was excellent at check-in. She even went out of her way to have complimentary champagne an strawberries sent to the room to help us celebrate our anniversary.

Phenomenal experience. We were treated like royalty. The room was great. Had to wait a little longer than expected at check in, but really enjoyed our stay.

Everyone was very helpful and my room was on the 9th floor, with the view of the west; over the park, toward Rice was splendid. Loved the transparent glass sink and the excellent shower.

Great stay for anniversary. Thanks for the champagne and strawberries. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy lounging by the pool. Hope that they continue the package deals. it made the stay well worth it and my friends are interested now.

Everyone was attentive. The concierge were always helpful even when they were busy. We stayed here for a leisure stay.

The Splendido suite was a perfect layout for us. Loved it. this is probably my favorite hotel in Texas.

Joseph in valet parking is always extremely friendly and helpful... He meets us with a smile and kind words on every visit. We visit appx. 16x a year so that makes us feel welcome.

The front desk was exceptionally friendly. They were having fun on St Paddy's Day. Everything was great and thanks for the wine. It's a great way to wind down from a hard day of shopping and before getting dressed for the Dragonfly.
