        I would like to give a shout out to Timothy B Wilson for getting me a deal on the 2016 Jeep Renegade. He made sure i got what i wanted in the car and the experience was stress free for getting me a deal on my first car. The environment was field with positivity and respectful. Best sell man at Helfman Dodge if you plan on buying a car ask for Timothy Wilson.

        Salesman Mark Freeman offered free oil changes for a year as part of the sale. When I tried to arrange for my first oil change the general manager accused me of lying. I paid for a lifetime extended warranty and over three months later I still have no paperwork or information on this warranty. Employees there up to and including the general manager are rude and condescending. I was supposed to get 6 months of free Jerp Uconnect service. When I asked about it the assistant general manager Jason said he never heard of it and had no idea what it is. This dealership is a rip off. All they want is your money and once they get it you can forget anything they promised you.

        I took my car there for a collision repair. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I never got a call about the status of repair. They fixed the door in the outside and never bother to check if the window rolled up and down. They torn the tinted film and did not bother to repair it. I complained about it, and the claim adjuster guy (out of all people! The one that benefits from my business!) said the tinted window was like that when the car arrived. Do you really think that I would complain about something that would cost probably $10 bucks to get fixed...COME ON! I went to pick it up a second time and they had "lubed up the window, but they did not even try to replace the bent rails! I counted my losses and drove the car out of there. I am writing this review hoping someone will read and take his/her business elsewhere and not to these people. No matter if is you, or your insurance paying the bill, there is no reason for this type of customer service and crappy repairs!
