We bought a $3000 Stearns and Foster mattress in September and another $4000 worth of furniture. After 2 1/2 months we both started having back pain every am. The mattress appeared to be indented and sagging. We went back to Gallery and were told no exchanges or refund for “comfort” issues. It was the holidays and no one could come out to check the mattress until January. Due to family circumstances we had to delay the checking of the mattress. I know that other mattresses have trial periods with the option to return if not satisfied at other places. We will certainly not be visiting Gallery for any future purchases.

Had a great Experience with Will Smith. Not the actor but a great sense of humor. Will is truly a professional listener. He listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction of where I would find my furniture. He was attentive, not overbearing and overall a great salesman. When it came to making decisions he did not sway either and let me weigh the pros and cons. I came I the store kind of late in the afternoon and was in and out in about an hour with running my credit check before we started shopping. (I reccomend doing that first.) And to put the icing on the cake I got my furniture delivered the same day. They movers came, installed, verified and were very professional and efficient. My experience with Gallery was great and I would reccomend anyone to them.

Tomas was wonderful! As always, it was a pleasure doing business here. We are looking forward to a good night’s sleep on our new mattresses!

I just absolutely enjoy this place, every time! The staff who assisted me was phenomenal, he was very patient and knowledgeable about the merchandise he was selling! Positive energy, Prices are great. I recommend Gallery Furniture and would give them 1000 stars, if it was an option☺

Susan was great, she showed me everything about how the recliners worked. I found the one I wanted & bought it. I even got to use a repair credit from 11 years ago. Everything went smooth. I will use Gallery furniture again. Thanks

The young lady was nice and considerate. She took her time to explain everything and she did not rush us to make a decision. We are happy with the mattress and the customer service from gallery.

My sofa set is a dud.

Have had to have the cushions completely replaced and they are still wonky.

New to town, upgrading furniture throughout entire home. I won’t be purchasing more here if this is not resolved
