Four Paws Dig It

I have a very difficult Yorkie. Even my vet said she is one of the most difficult pets he'd seen. When she was under 1 year old, I brought her to pet's chain store for grooming and they cut off all pads on her paw. She is very scared of groomers. Four Paws Dig It employees do excellent job grooming her. I do walk in to randomly check. I also have other less difficult dogs (2 labs) groomed here and I have no complains.

picked up my dog with dog mess and gummed up hair , not very nice thing . I will never go back here. real bad folks.

I love my poodle way too much to ever subject her to going back to that dump. They did not have my dog ready on time, and in fact were 2 hours late. As for her poodle cut.....I am not exaggeraring when I say my 3 year old could have done better. The shampoo job was also less than satisfactory. Worst of all, when I arrived my dog was panting heavily from dehydration.....she had spent the day in a kennek without being given a drink of water. When I mentioned my concerns to the staff they were very rude and unprofessional. I will never step foot in that place again, and warn all not to take their pets there.

Horrible experience: I had an appointment at 11 for my precious yorkie to be groomed. Around 2 I became worried because I still had not heard from them so I decided to go stop by. In those 3 hours they had not even STARTED the grooming and on top of that she had been left in a crate for 3 hours and not taken outside. SHE WAS SOAKING WET FROM SITTING IN HER OWN PEE FOR 3 HOURS. She weighs 3.5 pounds and can not wait that long to go outside or drink some water and people in the pet business should know that more than anyone. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and definitely cruel to animals. PLEASE FOR YOU AND YOUR ANIMALS SAKE STAY AWAY.

I must say I am very happy with the grooming of my babies. They were all playing when I arrived and all looked so great. They had bows and bandanas and all smelled so great. The atmoshere is very friendly and the groomers Terry and Chris are just so great. I boarded my babies over labor day and the babies all were very well taken care. The prices are the best in town and once again all the staff are great. The bather Susan is one of the best she takes such great care when working with the animals. Thanks to all of them again.
