DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! They severely BURNED my face with the IPL laser, by a technician that told me not to worry, and that she knew what she was doing. I got 2nd degree burns on my face that took 3 months to even HEAL, and now I am left with scars. I have tried over a year to get help from Amerejuve to fix my scars, and I have been very patient, but now I am at the end of my rope, because the 10 people I have met with during this whole ordeal have all QUIT....if I thought I could could sue and get anything from them, I surely would, because the whole business just reeks of deception, and malpractice. I GOT BURNED AT THE MEMORIAL LOCATION, BY A TECH NAMED RUTH, WHO IS OF COURSE NO LONGER THERE. THEY DO NOT TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE RIGHT, OR TREAT THEIR PEOPLE RIGHT, AND WHO PAYS THE PRICE FOR THIS?....YOU!!!

I have been coming to the galleria area location for the laser hair removal services and the only reason I continue going is because I don't want to lose the services which I have already paid for in advance. My experience here has been short of horrible. To be fair, the actual laser hair treatment I receive is fine, but the way the office is run, including all but one staff, ruin everything!



To elaborate with a few examples: I went for an appointment I had scheduled at the end of my last visit (and for which I received an appointment card), but when I arrived, I was told my appointment did not exist in their computer system. I was not offered any solution other than to make another appointment and return. The second experience: I arrived at my scheduled appointment and was told that the laser hair removal services appointment included only one body part area, when I clearly had asked for my appointment to include several areas. Overall, expect to be waiting for an appointment, regardless of the time scheduled. Normally, that would not be a problem. However, I apply numbing cream for my laser hair removal sessions and the numbing effect is activated in about twenty minutes and wears off after about one hour. So, timing is very important. I've had several experiences where I've had to re-apply because I've had to wait so long for my session to start. They do supply the numbing cream, but it is not free. The numbing cream is an additional out-of-pocket expense of about $50. They usually have this cream in stock, and so when I went for my most recent appointment I thought I could purchase it to apply for that session. However, I was told they did not have any available. They did not bother to check anywhere just in case there happened to be some. I told them that without the numbing cream, I would not be able to handle the pain of the laser and could not have my appointment. They did not offer any solution, after I repeatedly asked, and just mentioned that I might check with a local pharmacy nearby. (Seriously?!)



The staff is completely unprofessional and has no idea of what customer service means. Shame on the staff, and more importantly, shame on the manager for not doing his/her job. Once my sessions are completed, I will not be returning and will advise anyone to not do business here.

I've had a great experience at the SugarLand Amerejuve. I've been several times and have seen significant hair reduction with their laser hair removal. I highly recommend it!

I like all the staff at Amerejuve center. They are good at what they do. I had laser hair removal done on my legs and underarms and have been very happywith the results. Their prices beat all the competitors and what's more, their quality of service, location, and overall look was better than the other 3 places I want to. My mom has an appointment for BOtox injections next week. I've been singing their praises for the past 3 months, they deserve it.
