Auto insurance rates were too expensive and the service was worse. There are many other cheaper options for the exact same coverage. If you do get insurance here, I suggest that it is not through Greg Thomas, who was our insurance agent.

We called to cancel our current auto policy in order to get a cheaper policy at a different company, the secretary told us to sent an email to our agent, Greg. We sent him an email and he never emailed us back. Called three separate times and each time we got back "He's on the phone right now, can I leave a message?" After leaving several messages, I told the secretary "I've tried that multiple times and it hasn't been working." I immediately got him on the phone. I was trying to explain my situation to him, since this is the first time I've spoken with him and he interrupts me and says "It's cancelled, okay? It's cancelled." He then hangs up immediately.

Overall, I probably would pay the inflated rates for better service, but you get terrible service from Greg Thomas at Garland County Farm Bureau Insurance.

I contacted Farm Bureau on albert pike in hot springs for a quote on auto insurance since they do not offer a website. The first day,after calling 3 times, i never got a hold of an agent. The girl answering the phones kept telling me They would be back later. By 5:00...Still no agents. ����. I tried the next day against my better judgement and spoke with a Haley I believe was her name. She had me text her my vin#. I never heard back so. Couple hours later i called her, explained that it was Friday and I needed insurance before the weekend and I would only beable to come by on My lunch break. I asked if she could please call me with my quote before afternoon. She got snotty and said "I'll try I've got lots of other customers". I never heard back from her. Youd think maybe putting the customer first would be a good idea in a business. Is say some customer service training is in order for this company and mostly for Haley.
