I've taken my mower to them a few times. This time the service was horrible. They had my mower from Aug. 29th till Dec. 7th. It needed a fuel pump that Billy kept telling me was on backorder. It's a Husqvarna and pretty popular mower. It's on backorder, for almost 4 months???

I'd just gotten out of the hospital for heart surgery so my wife called to talk to them about it again. By this time we wanted compensation for the time and money that we spent to have our yard done while they had our mower. Billy called my wife a "crazy a** woman" and told his boss (in a conversation my wife heard on the phone) that she could "get off her f'n high horse" over asking for a discount for all the trouble.

The owner told her that Billy doesn't even do parts research (the owner does), so Billy lied to me when he said he looked through 7-8 vendors trying to find the part. The owner admitted to my wife that we got lost in the shuffle of busy summer business.

We got $20 off the bill and they dropped the mower off instead of us having to come get it. After 3 months, being lied too, and my wife being insulted and disrespected........we'll never go to them again.

Took tractor in for warranty work. Charged for work and tried to make me buy a new battery. Tractor less than a year old. Nothing wrong with battery when I left it with them. Strange battery went bad after I left it for the warranty work. Also tried to say warranty work was not covered because I bent a part on tractor. That is a lie, made up so they can collect from customer and company who made tractor.

i went there to get my son some extra help batting. they have redone their batting cages. they are so nice and clean now. they only cost $1 for a token and you get like about 18 balls so it is cheap too. they had some teams there when i was there. i found out that you can get the cage by the 1/2 hour for $20 or 1 hour for $30. i plan to probably do the 1/2 next time. the new owners of the batting cages were there working on things and were very friendly and helpful and talked with me while my son batted. one of the owners kevin is a baseball coach for his son's team-i found out-a really nice guy and he even helped my son a little bit. i just had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone. i plan to use them a lot more now and can afford it at this price. thanks!
