My plan.
I have been using the services of Atlant Van Lines for several times already and can say that their plans of moving are really wonderful. They have individual approach to each client.

My friends.
At first I thought I would be doing the transportation by myself. Then, my friends told me about Atlant Van Lines and I don’t regret now for having used their services. They are cool and real professionals.

A game for a child.
It was like a game for our baby boy, the moving I mean. And the movers were playing with him while they were working. He was very happy and we were happy as we didn’t just get the moving done, but saw that our son forgot that we were moving away from his favorite room.

Miracle.
I would say that this company is a miracle among all the other companies. They listen to the client and they help you up.

I have filed a complaint Against Atlant Van Lines with the BBB and the details are within the complaint area of this company BBB page. Take a look is will show you what to expect. I also have had the company deny that our review on another website is not a real customer. They are employing thru a visa Russian citizens, as we have dealt with 5 of them during our move. This looks to me a means to take advantage of the customer thru communication issues and /or take advantage of those less fortunate by using them as the middle man to initiate a scam. Bottom line is stay away from these people. I am not the first nor will I be the last one they do this to if you hire them. Please look into the review sights Yelp.com and ripoffreport.com prior to choosing this company. BBB now has them rated as a F. They are adding fake positive reviews on all company Alias sights in order to pull you into the scam. AKA ... IRelocationSystem

orst company I've ever dealt with for anything

DON’T USE Atlant Van Lines! They will have you sign a binding agreement and then when it comes time to pick up the household goods the truck driver will bring a new agreement that is triple the price and if you don’t sign it they will leave! This happened to us. They just drove away because we couldn’t pay triple what the original contacted price stated. The drive said it sucks to be you and left! It didn’t matter that Atlant Van Lines broke a legally binding agreement. We were stuck with figuring out how to move our stuff yourself because we couldn’t pay the new outrageously higher fee. Atlant Van Lines shady business practices pray on people that are on strict deadlines with limited options because they wait until the day they are supposed to be there. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY AND DON’T HIRE THEM.

Part of payment was for movers disassembling and assembling the furniture being moved, but no employees brought tools. I haven't been given the certified weight of my shipment, despite a written request. Company's website says all employees are uniformed. They weren't. Atlant demanded full payment (paid) on July 13, 2016, prior to unloading the truck. When the truck was unloaded, many items missing. Denied return of my payment. Items I received on July 13 were damaged, as was my home. Driver demanded that I sign delivery acknowledgement, refusing to leave my home until I did. I have made about 50 phone calls to the company to resolve, many unanswered. Spoke with customer service who informed me that there is no record of missing items in the system. I told her I got a call last week stating they "found" them. She had to check. Said items are STILL in warehouse, despite my being told several times they were on a truck. Customer service rep cannot tell me where the warehouse is.

A surprise.
It was a real surprise for us to find such a good company which doesn’t cheat on the clients. We’ve seen a lot and most of the companies were not very good at all. Atlant Van Lines knows its job!

Scammers and Extortionists To whom it may concern:

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a moving company if I could give zero stars I would. I was over charged, extorted, and told they were not giving me my things unless I gave them $1,000 cash. I literally had to call the cops to have them move my things out of the truck. ended up having to give $900 (for a bedroom and living room) only for them to move my things into a pile and leave without putting my bed together without putting my tv stand together without doing anything. They left plastic wrap trash on my floor told me they were going to get a screw driver and left me stranded. I am a cancer patient that can not lift or move anything which is why I hired movers in the first place. This is completely unethical and illegal. I would like a partial refund since they did not complete the job they were hired to do. I have pictures of everything as well including the truck and workers.

They go by Atlant van lines/ classic van line added $400 for plastic wrap which I did not ask for. Complete scam also demands money before they even move anything out of the truck.

They sent 3 Russian men who couldn't speak English. It took them about 9 hours to load a 28ft. truck I had a Guaranteed price which they didn't honor! They are to this day holding my belongings Hostage as I refused to pay so today is day 7 of their attempted Extortion!
Their Senior Moving Coordinator Aaron and his sidekick Benjamin didn't have the Guts or integrity to even return my calls after numerous attempts They doubled the price. I feel the Driver Targeted me because I am a Senior Citizen! BEWARE they placed our belongings in storage and the bill has now raised to over 2,300. The Driver even called the police on my wife to try to force her to pay They didn't live up to a single point of their several point so called Guarantee! Their word isn't worth 2 Dead Flies!

Is there a -10? Working with Atlant proved to be a disaster after all. Arthur is customer service was very nice and promised all sorts of good things. Ha!

The day of our move, 90 minutes after the truck was supposed to arrive, we got a call that "the truck broke down" and due to the type of move we have, no truck could be arranged until Tuesday, possibly Monday, maybe not.

They had already bumped us back a day, and to be pushed back further was just impossible. We had to be out of this house by 7am Monday. So had to rent a Budget truck. Because of the last minute notice, we had great difficultt finding a truck and we couldnt hire people to help us load. We did most of it with little help.

My sick husband thanks Atlant for making moving much more difficult.

I would give this business zero stars if I was able to. The amount of stress this company caused myself and my family is beyond explanation.

Movers were supposed to arrive on Wednesday morning, but were unable to show up until 7 that evening which was too late for us as we have a young daughter. They said they could come back Friday morning guaranteed between 9 and 10:30, but never showed up. When I spoke to Aaron, he said dispatch had made a mistake and that there were no vans available that day but he personally guaranteed us that we would have a van Saturday morning between 9 and 10:30 if we gave them one more shot. He also said he would discount the move by $400. At that point, I had called other moving companies but no one was available until the following week anyhow.

Saturday morning came and went, and not only did a van never show up, but I was unable to get ahold of anyone in the office, and no one returned calls or emails.

Never ever hire this company if you need to move

No need to buy.
Before the moving I decided to buy several boxes to pack but it was a problem. You actually have to search for such things. I called Atlant Van Lines and asked for help. They brought me the packing material the same day.

Exam and moving.
I was on the edge of going crazy as I had to prepare for some serious exams and I had to do the moving. Thanks god, some friends advised me to hire Atlant Van Lines. That was the best decision ever, as the company took care of me and my moving and I had time to prepare.

Absolute WORST experience. All these positive reports are probably just straw reviews by friends and family. Check out YELP for numerous bad reviews. BBB rates them a D-.Don't believe smooth talking Arthur. They give you a low "discount" rate then hit you with numerous surcharges. Constant LIES and DECEIT. MULTIPLE broken and MISSING items when they unpacked truck in their warehouse, then they can't find it. There is NO inventory list when they pack the truck. You sign the final contract AFTER they've placed all your stuff in the truck. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS, CHEATERS AND SCAMMERS!!!!!

Problems with other.
I used to have so many problems with other moving companies but Atlant Van Lines is the best. I called, the organized and that’s all. No problems at all.

The prices.
I can definitely tell that Atlant Van Lines has no hidden prices. You pay what they say you have to pay from the very beginning. And you know it perfectly well.

Professionals.
I believe that the movers form Atlant Van Lines are real professionals. They have so many options for the moving and they offer you so many plans and ideas. I could choose out of a wide range of possibilities and I liked that.

Their fault.
It happened like that that they broke one of my wife’s vases. It was totally their fault and they refunded it. It showed that they really care about the clients.
