Flip Flops

Never again, tried it once, ordered the Build a Burger with Sweet Potato wedges. Wedges were actually hard shoe string fries and blackened on top as if they were already made then stuck in oven to get reheated. Burger bread was hard on outside, inside part of bread was wet from all the grease from burger. My plate had a little puddle of grease on it. Took 1 bite and no more. Pointed it out and complained to wait staff (very nice) she checked with manager?? Wait staff, not manager, came back to say manager offered their apologies and a free sundae but I still had to pay for the meal. Tiki Bar in the middle of dining area is very cheesy as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND - WILL NEVER GO BACK UNLESS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR IN MY OPINION.
