- We currently have 2 locations on beautiful Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. A third location is under construction 9 miles East of Hilton Head in Bluffton, South Carolina. Hilton Head Island is a coastal resort destination in the Southeastern corner of South Carolina, just a few miles North of the Georgia State Line on Interstate 95. Both of the current locations have been in existence since the 1970s. As well established clinics, we are fortunate to have clientele that spans the duration of the clinics' existence. All of our locations offer full service veterinary medical and surgery care plus boarding. We have 2 full time doctors seeing clients 6 days ( Mon-Sat ) and 7 nights ( on emergency ) each week. We are closed 6 days each year to allow our staff to celebrate major holidays with their families. Although we may be closed, staff members are in daily to care for all of our guests or hospitalized patients. View our home page for locations and business hours. Before we met Dr. Dixon my dog would have to be sedated for his nail trims but not with Dr. Dixon. He knows just hot to handle my dog. Not only do I appreciate it but Marco does as well. We are so happy to have found Dr. Dixon.
