Windsor Pool Shop Cf Mapes Inc

Had this company put a pool heater on my pool in June 2014 in Augs it started leaking . So I went to the srore and told them first word out of the owners mouth ( I hope it wasn't caused by the pool water ) they came out and looked at it and never called me a week went by so I called them and guess what they are blaming on the pool water and won't cover it . So I called the heater company and they said there send there own poeple out to look at it . I knew in the store the minute he said it could be my pool water thats what he was going to blame it on and even if it was the water they should have checked it before installing the heater . What ever happened to customer service
