        they dont stand behind their work when it leaks

        STAY AWAY! These guys DONT stand behind their work. They installed a toliet flange & set the toilet when we got a new floor. Within a year it started leaking at the base. I called them back several times telling them about the problem, & they kept telling me I had to talk to a foreman, who then never called. They are happy to talk with you if you have a job, but when their shoddy work fails, they just avoid you. Get a real professional instead.

        Disappointed, see comments below.

        January 2006. While working on my next door neighbor's townhome bathroom pipes, the plumber broke the pipe under my sink. To their credit they were told of the problem and repaired my pipe. However, I had to take time off of work to let them do the work , and had a mess of water due to the broken pipe, which I found when I returned home that evening.When I had them do an estimate for some work a few days later, I asked if they would consider my time off of work and inconvenience regarding the broken pipe. The estimator said he would look up that bill and get back to me. He never called. It seems their time is important, but mine is not.Giving me a break on the price of the repair would have been fair compensation for my time away from work and the inconvenience of the mess of a broken pipe.I am disappointed in the lack of honesty (not calling), and apparent disregard for my time and inconvenience.
