Genghis Grill

WARNING!!! VERY DIRTY Restaurant! My wife and I ate there last weekend and we were amazed at how dirty the place was. The meat, spice and vegetable bar was disgusting. There was food all over the floor and food scattered all over the counters and no one was cleaning it up. We were literally walking on top of meat, vegetables, etc... as we were building our bowls of meats and vegetables. It was gross!



The menus were sticky and made you want to wash your hands after handling them... so my wife and I both went to the bathroom and you guessed it… They were disgusting as well. Mind you this all happened before we started eating... the food gave us heartburn because it's mostly meat and noodles or rice you're eating.

We have eaten there's several times before, when it first opened and it was nowhere near as bad as it has become...

My wife and I both agreed that they should close the restaurant down for a week and clean and maintain the inside of the restaurant.

I dine at the Genghis Grill in Hendersonville on average at least once a month. Sometimes more. Usually for lunch. I have nothing negative to say about it.



I typically get the bottomless bowl (all you can eat) and follow one standard mix listed on the board and then make up one myself using common sense as to what ingredients go well together. It is enjoyable and tasty. So, far I have not had anything bad except that a couple of times I put in too much Firecracker seasoning and sweated a bit because it was so hot seasoning wise. But, that was my fault.



Service has always been good. I highly recommend this place.

What an amazing new concept. The service is always exceptional and you have complete control over the food since you pick your own protein, seasoning, veggies and sauce. I could eat this every day for the rest of my life!
