So let me tell you about my experience at Bounce U. it was my nieces first birthday, my brother flew out here from New Jersey, grandparents drove in form up state California and friends from all over. It was supposed to be a fun and exciting time but it was not. When we arrived we had to wait 45min after our schedule time just to get in the first room. They didn’t give us anywhere to sit in a waiting area or accommodate in any way. Our grandparents had to go wait in the car (what a way to start a celebration). Ok it was time to get in the first room that felt like a sauna. I went to ask why it was so hot and they said “ the AC was not working in the first room but the next room isn’t as bad”, let me say the customer service was not the greatest. After the second room we went to the eating area. The only thing they got right was our Pizza. The sandwiches were not the correct order, so I went to ask and they said, “that the sandwiches in my room were for another party, so they wont charge me for them.”I said your not doing me a favor because I wont pay for something I didn’t order, on the other hand I will pay for my food if they could find it. I asked where were mine? They had no idea. Then time for cake and ice cream. It took them almost 20 min just to find the ice cream I had to bring for my party, and to top off the evening 3 presents went missing. I spoke to the person in charge and she did what she could. I asked if the owner could call me to speak about the matter and they took all of my info. 2 weeks later and still no call. I guess this is what I could expect from a place that only has kids working there. If you plan on going to Bounce U on Stephanie I hope you get better service then I got. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!
