I was so pleased with the service I received from Air Force One. Brian, the owner, personally took care of us and was honest as well as knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He was able to get to the job quickly and on one occasion even came out in the evening so that my tenant could get a good night sleep with A/C. On top of this he was able to fix a problem once and for all that 3 other different A/C technicians did not diagnose and fix- just put a temp solution. Even more out of the ordinary he dealt with and calmed down an unruly tenant in a very diplomatic way which was far beyond expectation. I am a multi-property owner and Realtor and I will always use and recommend him in the future!

I am very impressed with this company. It is hard to find a company that you can trust these days. I have a portfolio of many rentals and timeshares. I live in Ca. but invest in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. I tell Brian, any amount less then $350.00, just go ahead. Any more, he sends me pictures, and an intense description of what is needed. How I found Brian is I called another A/C company, and they had been consistently telling me I needed new units, and their bills have been going up. I called Brian, and he went to this home, and the unit just had a wire pulled off. Brian put the wire on, changed the filter, and did a tune-up for me. The unit is running to this day like a fine oiled machine. It took Brian about 20 minutes to arrive. All the way around, I know I have found the right place for my HVAC issues. I tell all my co-workers about Aire Force One, as I see many struggle with these different companies. Brian has taken the worry over for me. My tenants like him as he is very personable. I was beyond hot yesterday, 6/20/16. I called Brian and he was here within 30 minutes as he was a few blocks away. I will not ever call anyone else. He fixed the issues I had and within 20 minutes the problem was fixed. Brian did not try to tell me I needed parts I did not need. I am pleased and highly recommend this company. I own several rentals and I finally found a great company to work for me.

I was home with my dogs, and I am disabled. The owner Brian answered the phone. I like that as all the others were an answering machine. So I spoke with the owner, Brian at 2 AM and told him I had my dog for 10 years, and his fur is so thick, he was getting weak. Brian dropped everything he was doing because the job he was on, no people would return for a week. In 15 minutes he arrives and in 20 minutes I heard the unit star up and relief was happening for all of us. Then I found out Brian offers a 10% discount to senior, police, firemen, and military. If you want the best, call Brian. He will take care of you, and you are not speaking to an answering service, you get the owner. The price was guaranteed, as well as labor. Brian was such a good fellow, I feel like calling him back just to talk to him he was so knowledgeable and friendly. I would not think of calling another person to help me with my Air Conditioning. Thank you Brian for treating me with respect and complimenting me for being a senior, not cutting me down like so many others have. You are the one for me.

Brtan and the crew are the BEST.They explained everything about the AC. system so even I could understand it.It was a easy fix with very reasonable prices.Did not try to sell me anything I didn't need like a whole new unit.like some other company's would have.I've had a few bad expierences with other company's in Las Vegas.I HIGHLY recomened Aire Force One.I can't say enough GOOD things about this company.VERY HONEST.

Great service!!! Very pleased with the scheduling. It wasn't an emergency, but they showed up within two hours of calling them. I would definitely recommend them with any of the A/C repairs/ installs and will definitively call them again if I need anything done.

I AM THE TYPE OF PERSON WHO IS A COMPARISON SHOPPER. I HAD 2 OTHER COMPANY'S COME TO MY HOME TO CHECK MY BROKEN AIR-CONDITIONER. ALL TWO TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW UNIT AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT AS MY UNIT WAS NOT THAT OLD. A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT AIRE FORCE ONE. THAT SHE HAD HIM OVER AT 2 AM FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. BRIAN WAS HERE WITHIN A HALF AN HOUR AND LOW AND BEHOLD, THE OTHER COMPANY'S HAD DISCONNECTED A WIRE TO MAKE MY A/C SEEM AS THOUGH IT WAS UNREPAIRABLE. BRIAN SPOTTED THAT 1ST THING, REPLACED A FEW SIMPLE PARTS, AND MY UNIT IS BACK ON. I WOULD NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE BUT AIRE FORCE ONE. This company is ideal and is something like you dream of having as an air-conditioning service and new unit installed units also. I had Brian install a new unit, I remember the day, I was so hot and my children were unbearable. When I told Brian I had small children we discussed the details and within 3 hours, the crane came, and less then and hour and a half, I was freezing cold, the children were back to their usual games. I highly recommend this company, and would not consider calling anyone else. The price was better then any out there as I called to check. The Warranty is 10 years on parts and labor. Brian has a caring personality, and the type of person I keep as a forever business associate.

I came home from work the other night my house was 103 my unit was out and it was 3am i called a few places either no answer or I was put on hold for a long time I called aire force one i spoke with brian he was over in about 25 min. thank God he fix the problem and the price was very cheep i was expecting to pay a arm and a leg for the hour of night if you read this aire force one thank you so much my air conditioner work's better than ever i will let everyone know to call you.
