Hub Taxi

Hub Taxi Dispatching is without a doubt one of the worse cab service companies around. I am surprised that they haven't gone out of business. Don't bother to call dispatch unless you want a rude individual on the other end to mess up your day. I usually give people (and companies) a chance. Unfortunately, this company has disappointed me more than once. I've also been hung up on by dispatch (though I wasn't being rude) when I called and asked why I wasn't told when I originally called(30 mins earlier) that there were no cabs in the area. Yeah, give them the award for customer service. Not! I've also missed my train more several times because of the lies in timing that the driver and dispatch were feeding each other. Stay away from this company.
