Rosy's Nail Salon

My husband gave us 2 Groupons for My Little Nail Salon, I called to make an appt., of course my husband was pleased he could be a hero. Today, my sister and I traveled the 33 minutes to Hazlet. We went in and it went downhill from there. The manager checked the appointment book and had no record of our appointments. She also checked the computer which is used as the back up to the appointment book. Nothing! When asked if they could fit us in as we had Groupons and had driven 30 minutes to get there, "No, we're totally booked for today." I asked again, "Is there anything you can do to help us?" "No, sorry" was the reply. I then asked if there were any other nail salons nearby and she waved her hand indicating, somewhere up the street. Was it was because I had the Groupons and they had our money anyway? My experience-poor customer service and lack of follow-through when the staff makes an error. Make sure you get the name of the person taking your info for the appt., you may need it!
