Service was nice, and the food was amazing! I would definitely be placing more orders to this restaurant.

Overall

I made a simple takeout order. They told me to come in 30 minutes. When I got there, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food. Then when I got home I noticed that they forgot to include two items that I paid for. I did get the cheese sticks, which were horrible. The wings were decent, sauce was very good, but they were really ugly to look at, dull and gray like they were rotten. The pizza was merely decent. The staff was not particularly friendly. Based on this experience, I would not eat there again.

Overall
(former) customer with issues with business' customer service

I have had items from here before and they were ok, not the best ever but ok, & I WOULD HAVE been a continuing/repeat customer until the problem I had with them on an early Saturday. I had car problems such that my car lost power as I was coming down the road towards the restaurant. In order to avoid getting into an accident and harming others or myself, I had to turn off into their parking lot. I pushed my car ALL THE WAY INTO THE BACK of their lot INTO A SPACE. There also were only about 5-6 other cars in the entire lot--& they have a decent size lot! I went inside to let someone know that I was having problems and was waiting for assistance but it would probably be about an hour or so until a tow truck came.  Instead of someone saying 'gee hope you're ok and all works out, it'll be ok' I was greeted with the girl behind the desk saying 'well what do you want me to do about it?' I replied that I was just coming in to let someone know what was going on and that the issue was being addressed and was to be taken care of as soon as possible. I was asked for my name and number, which I had no problem offering, and then left to go to my apartment to gather some things to stay at my family home about 30-40 minutes away. My car was going to have to be towed up there to my mechanic and my mother was on her way down to pick me up. I got a call less than an hour later as I was about 2 minutes down the road from the restaurant from a man asking when I was coming to get my car because it had been there for a while now and that I said it would be a half hour until I was back--which is not what I had said. I was told I needed to get my car moved because it could block traffic and the tow truck coming could block traffic. When I pulled into the lot THERE WERE THREE CARS IN THE LOT!! In the front of the lot no less!! The entire lot was empty!!! And the girl I spoke to at the beginning stood at the door watching as I was able to get my car started and take it across the street to Genetti's parking lot so I could wait for the tow truck. I yelled out to her 'thanks for NOT HELPING in an emergency!' ,to which we were given the middle finger--not joking, you can ask my mother, she was right there because she came down to pick me up.  So I have to ask, if this is the way a member of the community is treated by this establishment when the person is in need of help, how pleasant and accomadating are they to the customers who come in to get some food? And even if they may be friendly to someone when faced with them, who knows what they may be saying when the customer can't hear...... I know I will NEVER order from them again nor will I EVER look to them as a place to go for a sit-down meal ever again. I may be only one person with some money to spend on food, but I have friends who often look for places to eat and I have already started telling them about this incident and I can assure you the restaurant has lost customers and potential customers already. My thanks to Genetti's for allowing me to be in THEIR lot for a short period of time while I waited for the tow truck--which the people from the resaurant could CLEARLY see had come less than 30 minutes later.  And all this on the morning after a significant snowfall!!
