VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I bought a crappy car from this company in 08, had to replace the engine in 08 and trans in 09, spent over $6000 in repairs and paid $5300 for a car that the company bought from a auction for $1800, they are really nice when they are taking your money but become very rude, curse and call you out of your name, judge your character and dont personally know you, they LIE and have NO INTEGRITY, the receptionist is a racist, and has a superiority complex as if she is better than others, you will never be able to talk to the owner or even get the owners name from anyone there, and to top it all off my car was paid for in 09 they couldnt provide me with a title, told me they would mail it but when it came time for me to JUNK the crappy car they wouldnt release the LEIN on a PAID for vehicle without me paying a additional $50 fee after my car was paid for years ago. If you buy a car from this company PROCEED WITH CAUTION, and it was not only me my sister and my niece also was screwed by this company. If you want a car you will end up having to junk after spending over 10K on it SHOP HERE!!! I was called Black Bit#hs by the receptionist and told I probably have a criminal record by the Manager Rod, I am a taxpaying homeowner who is gainfully employed and educated and NEVER should have been judged when I BEGGED for them to release the lein on my paid for vehicle. They are WOLVES in sheeps clothing and all I can say is be careful!!!! REALTALK

man all this over a job!!! this is life, you have to learn to move on, blackmailing is not how you become succesful in life! if you would of posted this many ads in a positive way you would of BEEN A SUCCESSFUL SALESMAN BUT you don't know how to take advantage of a good thing!

Well I can honestly say,I have purchased a car from Royal Motors in Sw Detroit and had a terrible experience,but with Cars R Us I have no regrets.The price's are reasonable,staff is very friendly. They sold me a dependable car & is a beauty. My sis in law and nephew have also bought a car from them. I definetly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a nice dependable vehicle at reasonable prices,with great staff.
