        This agent and his staff are very rude, not even deserving of 1 star. I called to cancel essentially for that and rate increases. Didn't even want to hear why I was leaving. Pretty sad, terrible representation of the Allstate name.

        Steve and all of his team go above and beyond to make sure all our needs are taken care of every time I need them. A big THANK YOU for taking my call after hours and making sure our motor home coverage was changed from storage to full coverage so we could have travel with no worries!!
