It's a decent place to work with. One of the ladies at the front desk is a grouch. I mean I'd rather my grumpy critical grandpa come back from the dead than to deal with her! But the other (not sure I'm to name names, but Phyllis) is beyond helpful! If she doesn't smile, I'm sure it's from having to work with the gal. When you have to make phone calls to Medicaid/Medicare, they let you use their phone in an office, so you don't have to waste your cell minutes. It's easy to get a case worker to work with you one on one. Not a lot of complaints here!
