I have used Roxane for over 14 years and she does a fantastic job. I have frizzy, curly, unruly hair and she does her magic. With COVID 19 I really am overdue for my hair to be done NOW! Will have to wait until the salons open up to get it done. Cannot wait it makes me feel so good after she does my hair.

before I begin, I wish to say no one believes a hairdresser to be a miracle worker. there are cases where hair is so damaged or over processed, it requires a SERIOUS professional where costs can begin at $300. THAT said, gal goes in to see Jen to have her hair taken from the dark blonde it was to a lighter shade. hair turned orange. Jen nor the owner of the salon took responsibility -Instead blaming the gal for having 'un-workable' hair to begin with. giving the benefit of the doubt, if a stylist comes across hair they deem 'un-workable' THEN DON'T WORK ON IT. send the customer to a more knowledgeable hair care professional. working on hair you yourself deem 'un-workable' means YOU take FULL responsibility for what happens after. Jen and the owner pretty much told the poor gal she was sh*t out of luck, did NOT refund her money NOR did they offer to fix it (be it a darker shade or tone down the orange). although we could justifiably blame Jen for the orange hair as it was SHE who worked on the hair, no one is. we all know too well sometimes these things happen. what we are blaming Jen for is charging $125 for orange hair and NO apologies, remorse or an attempt to fix her mistake whatsoever. I would never let anyone with such an irresponsible attitude work in my hair. I was horrified they didn't even have the decency to make an attempt to amend. absolutely horrible.

I had both my son & my hair cut by Roxanne. She was very personable, and listened to us and we got exactly what what we wanted. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly, and I look forward to returning everytime I need a cut.
