McDonald's

I absolutely never ever complain,but enough is enough. I go to the only McDonald's in my town at least twice a day for coffee,and even though I usually have to wait at least 10 to 15 mins I still never complain because I love the coffee,but I had to go back 3 times tonight jyst to get the coffee right,and they never offered to even trade out the bad coffee. So after the 3rd trip I said could you please just take this cup back and give me another one please they did ... (but had the nerve to still charge me for the new one) From now on I'll be getting my coffee elsewhere. I'm done

The McDonalds in the Hartsville area is a lot to be desired. The food is sometimes Ok, but he customer service is bad. Your A.m. manager is very rude and insensitive to customers. Her lack of tact in dealing with instruction to her team member is embrassing. I was in your store and she was yelling at her worker in front of customers. No Tact! She does not greet customers with a friendly smile and it seem that she will not sat anything to one customer and when a "white " person comes in she goes out of her way to say good morning, and she herself is a black female. I find her extremely rude. Another worker is also lacking in customer satisfaction as far as attitude is concern. These two women are a liability to McDonalds store #26691. Their names are Ruby Adams and the other lady's last name is Allen. I have worked in retail and have dealt with the public for years and I ahave had to wait on people that I utterly despised, but I knew what my job would sometimes entail dealing with undesirables, I put aside my personal feelings and waited on that person with curstey and respect and a smile and got the job done. Getting the job done is what it's all about and to keep the customers coming and the cashflow steady
