I've always have had great experiences with National Car Rentals. This facility always has first class cars to select from, and since I am a Executive member, I always get upgraded vehicles, which are very nice. I look forward to renting here as I know I'm going to get to experience a new vehicle of my choice! I highly recommend them.

I was hesitant to ever rent a car again after my last experience with Budget Rentals. I thought, let's give National a shot. And i'm so glad we did because we had a fantastic experience through National's (FREE) Emerald Club! LOVED my Jeep Patriot rental and National's excellent customer service. We were travelling with 2 toddlers and greatly appreciated being able to catch a shuttle to the rental place right away. When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice fellow who escorted us to the row of cars with the keys already in the car. We hopped in and drove to the exit where we pay (like paying for parking). This is where we ran into some issue. It was midnight, so only one check out was open and the car in front was taking FOREVER! Once that person finally paid, the 5 cars in front of me quickly paid in about 5 min, and the cashier was awesome. We weren't upset since the kids were asleep but we were hoping to avoid any type of line or wait. And dropping the car off was zero hassle.

I travel to Maryland often. Rent my car through BWI facility. Over the last few years, I have learned that National stretches my dollar farther than any other rental organization. I have used many others and will now only rent from National!

I rented a car at BWI and had to transport family belongings to Texas. The rental pick-up was flawless. Arrived walked out to Emerald line picked a car and I was on the way.
Returning car in Texas, I received the same service. Drove in, attendant asked if everything was ok with rental and was on my way in ten minutes.
Great service and agents.

The first two cars I selected had problems (windows wouldn't go down in first car due to a short in the fuses, second car had the tire lights on), but my third car was good. It was a hastle to move my bags from car to car to car, too. The woman who processed my rental at the exit booth was friendly, but there should have been help where the cars are located to deal with the car problems I experienced.

Easy service, love the ability to choose a vehicle and go. I rent from this location about 7 times a year; the service is always impeccable, the staff polite, friendly and helpful. The cars are always cleaned well. Over the past few years, I have only needed to wait once as customers were returning cars late due to large snowfall; this was outside of the company's control.

I am an Emerald Club member and was confused at the selection process at BWI. My first experience as at the Orlando Airport and there the selection was several rows. At BWI I was limited to on row and the other rows were dedicated to other levels of Emerald Club members. I guess that made sense but I didn't know this existed because of my previous experience in Orlando. I spotted a Suburban that I wanted to rent and was told I would have to pay more eventhough it was not in the Executive Emerald isle so I moved to a mini van which I was told was damaged but it wasn't idicated on the car. After being directed to another mini van I decided to select because all off the full sized SUVs were on the Executive level Emerald isle which again wasnt the case in Orlando. The mini van was very dirty inside and out and I was very disappointed. The selction options and the condition of the vehicle was very different than the Orlando Airport location and I was very disappointed. The upside is the service at pickuo and drop off was as good as my first experience and was top notch.

I've been traveling to Baltimore for the last 3 years and renting cars exclusively from National. The service is exceptional. Frances, Jeffery and Z are always there to welcome me with warm smiles and ensure that my experience is positive and every need addressed. Because of them and the other staff there at National's BWI rental facility, my first and only choice will continue to be National Car for my future rental needs.

Due to poor cellular reception, I was not able to complete my reservation on line as an Emerald Club member, therefore my daily rate was very high. When I explained that to the manager on duty, she took the time to go online and finish my reservation, saving me substantial dollars! This is not unusual for the service I have become accustomed to over the past 10 years with National. They just keep getting better and better. The only time I use any other car rental company is when National is not available!

It was quick and easy. I reserved a car through my companies account. When I got there they verified my reservation, asked me what insurance I wanted then showed me to the vehicles. I was able to pick any out of the 4 that were there, they left and I found the keys in the car and took off. As a heads up I would check the gas prices of places you are going to visit because it seems like the prepaid gas program has a higher gas price than what is around the town.

The vehicle ran perfectly and was pleasant to drive. But who is in charge of cleaning the vehicle? The car exterior was not washed and we found several intances of trash under the seats.

Overall good renting experience, I have used National many times - BUT - I left my sunglasses in the car - and they are charging me more than 300 percent of the cost to ship it back to me. Not exactly good customer service, just blackmail at this point.

First time using the emerald aisle. Signs above cars stating type of vehicle didn't match what was parked underneath. Seemed somewhat confusing but it worked out fine, was charged the quoted rate. Vehicle was very new however had a horrible rattle under the drivers dash. Upon return to BWI at 6 AM the agent was somewhat disgruntled I parked in a return lane with cars instead of starting a new line in an empty lane. I think because she had to walk 3 car lengths to scan the vehicle. This was not courteous or professional behavior.
