Hutch Wrecker Service

My boat trailer blew a tire at 5am trying to get it home from the incoming hurricane on hwy 74. I didn't have tools I needed to change spare. They were very quick to get there and reasonable. Very good service.

Just had an amazing experience with these people. They are great. My young daughter broke down 2 hours from home in an area we knew nothing at all about. With a bit of God prompting, I blindly chose Hutch from online. These people were most definitely a God send. When I explained the situation to Cara, she was so efficient and went way out of her way to help facilitate the crisis. She was so patient and kind, she really was! The driver, Bud, was very respectful and kind to my daughter as well. Mike suggested Ed's Tire who was equally top notch! Due to finding these guys our unfortunate event ended on a high note. Huge thanks to each of them!

On Friday my company truck did not want the complete day. So after a short stop in Anson the Chevy said no to the restart. After a call your wrecker driver was on the scene. Even though I wasn't stranded I needed my truck towed to a service place and I needed to be there before they close. They came as promised and I the genlteman that came was very courteous. I will always keep my memeber ship as you never know when or where you are at and you need assistance.

As a woman being stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the night is not something you want!! All staff was extremely helpful, and nice! Very bad service. They do not even answer the telephone. They will never get to tow anything of mine again. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

I wish that I could give them no star. They do not even have voicemail and they are rude. I basically got no service from a very loud rude woman.

I had a flat at work, Food King of Rockingham. so I called my insurance company and Hutch Wrecker came out there even though it was raining a monsoon!! They did a great job, even though I had custom wheels. I really appreciate the guys effort in the rain. Although I didn't get his name, I did tip him $20. I definitely recommend them!

I was stranded at the Liscence Plate Agency. The response time in coming to pick up my vehicle was within 15 - 20 minutes. I was called and told they were on the way. Very friendly, knowlegable and professional. I will definitedly call on this service again when I am in need.

Our son had just graduated from Pembroke and we were on our way home to Greensboro on a hot miserable day when our Suburban got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. AAA contacted this company for us....excellent choice! We had a little bit of a problem because not being from the area and with no obvious landmarks, we couldn't give enough information for George to find us quickly. He didn't give up though and finally came to our rescue. He made short work of changing the tire. His professionalism and friendliness made a bad situation much better. Because he had concerns about the air volume of our spare, but the truck he was using didn't have a pump, he recommended that we backtrack to a place down the road to check the air. After he left, he went the extra mile for us by calling my husband back to confirm that the place he had recommended was open. It wasn't the way we wanted to spend our afternoon, but thanks to George, it wasn't as bad as it could have been.

Through my Allstate Motor Cub I was first introduced to this service provider. I have used them a number of times and on each occasion they have provided exceptional service. The response time is very fast and the drivers are very friendly. They are very knowledgeable of their job and demonstrates professionalism at all times. They take very great care with your vehicle as well. EXCELLENT ROADSIDE SERVICE.

George actually made breaking down a pleasant experience - if that's possible! He treated my car as if it were his own. Highly recommended.

On June 9 I called Alltel Roadside Assistance because my husband's truck was broke down (fuel pump). Within 15 minutes Ricky Teal called me and said he was on his way. He met me at my husband's jobsite where the truck was, loaded it up and followed us home. Ricky was very courteous and very professional. I would definitely call this company again if I needed such service and would highly recommend the company and Ricky.
