        I was injured in an automobile accident. My case was complicated by the fact I had an underlying condition which was made worse as a result of the accident. My case involved a number of complicated medical issues. Carl and his paralegal, Linda and the rest of the team were always available to answer all my questions and guide me through the process. They never gave in and made sure we got the full policy limit from the driver who hit me and then they went on to fight for another two years pursuing an underinsured motorist claim. The total recovery they ultimately secured for me was well beyond what my husband and I imagined my claim would ever be worth. I never realized how important it is to have an attorney who truly understands all of the medical issues in a case until we went through this process. As a team they are incredibly compassionate and understanding.
