AAffordable Appliance Service

About a montha go my washing machine started making a funny noise. So, after flipping through the yellow pages I called the first appliance repair service I saw...A Affordable Appliance Service. Over one month later and hundreds of dollars out of pocket to A Affordable Appliance Service, I am left with nothing but dissatisfaction AND a broken washing machine. The technitian was to return today, for the fifth time, to replace the pump (again) after making it very clear that it was positively my fault that it had stopped working DURING the first load I attempted to wash after he "fixed it" last week. He came to the door today clearly bothered that he was here again. Keep in mind that I have been charged EVERY time he has been sent out to my home. Upon entering, to avoid another charge and another week without a washer, I requested that this time he not leave before we run a load of laundry to ensure that the washing machine is working properly. Before I could get my words out he became defensive and began arguing AT me and in front of my young children that it was working when he left last week and that he was leaving because he was not going to work in "such a hostile environment". I stood for a moment processing the situation and thinking to myself that surely I had not made such an unreasonable request? I immediately called the A Affordable Appliance Service number to speak to a supervisor. When no one answered the phone after a few attempts, I proceeded to call from a different line. This time the phone was promptly answered by a manager. I explained to her what had just occured and she told me that she would have him return soon to fix the machine. I, of course, requested a different technitian. She agreed and and reassured me that someone would be back today. Now, four hours and many unanswered calls later, I have yet to hear from anyone at A Affordable Appliance Service. So in conclusion, "I Would Not Reccomend" this company or its so called service.
