Our air conditioning went out today right after a big storm today that has been followed by extreme heat. When I called around 5pm I was expecting a big expense for needing 24hr service. The owner of the business, Leonard answered and told me that we a lot of people in front of us but he had a tech coming in later tonight that would work all night. He then asked me for the details and he knew right away what was wrong and told me how to fix it very easily. It was running within 5 mins, so I give him the best review possible. He could have set us up with an appointment and made money, but he did what few do anymore. He takes care of his customers and when we need anything in the future he will be our first call. The Watts tech, Raymond, did an excellent job in diagnosing and repairing our A/C unit. I would give them five stars but for the two previous Watts' techs who were unable to diagnose the problem on two previous service calls. I would ask for Raymond if you use Watts.

They were very persistant in finding the problem. The service people were very friendly, punctual and professional. I needed a new compressor ($1500), but there were a couple of leaks in the system after they installed it. I would love to give them five stars but it took a total of 7 visits and three weeks for them to correctly diagnose and fix the issue.

They went out of their way to fix my A/C after hours when they could have left the job for first thing in the morning, in this heat. On the other hand, they said a major part was out of warranty and when I checked with the manufacturer, it was in warranty.
