Grab A Ride

I have been using Grab-a-Ride out of necessity rather than choice for a couple of years now. While some of their drivers are pretty decent, there are some idiots that man the office when you answer the phone that are just, well, the backdoor entrances to a donkey, if you get my drift. They tell you they can't time rides, yet if you call at 10:15 and state you don't need the ride until 11, they lecture you on that which is unnecessary (apparently the phone person doesn't know how to use a clock). There are other services here in town that are better and more professional, and would recommend them.

I like the service. overall some can pretty rude. I will here a lot of complaints on the cab services. in fact on the first I needed a ride they got as quickly as possible. you have to realize that everything does not revolve around us as people. honestly I thank they do the best they can. some things you can not change. why even try if it out of you reach . I had gotten a ride on the 1st the drivers was very polite. I do know the guys names. On 1st I know there days were people run in to problems having bad day not meaning to take it out on the other people. you to remember they drive millions of people around I would not be surprised when drivers are a little on edge. it's one thing to be like that all the time. with me not the case .Chelan

About 1 out of every 3 times they are late. Called this morning to get a cab at 2am and even started the time twice. Had to call back at 210am and she said she didnt hear me say 2am. Guess they were just gonna pick me up whenever they felt like it. Why if you claim you didnt hear a time you wouldnt ask the customer to state that info again?
