United Crab & Seafood

I drive from Reisterstown to get crabs all the time BUT today 5/25/2018 there is a problem.I love female crabs. I usually buy the largest available. They only had $47 around 6:00 pm.Ordered a dozen, finished up my day at home and sat down with 4. First one bad, hesitant ate another..ok, another bad, concerned, the next one, omg! I'm not used to this! It's 9:05 pm, no answer to the phone call! I hope the customer service is good for tomorrow when I plan to revisit Bmore for an exchange!! My end of the week crab feast was not the bomb this time! Will update you tomorrow on the CS!

The customer service is HORRIBLE. We have to stop giving our business to people like this who are unnapreciative and could care less about our patronage. The older women (over 65) is incredibly RUDE AND NASTY and got exactly what she bargained for when I came in there to pick up my order. I placed a pick up order and told them explicitly that I would be there within 20 minutes to pick it up I got there in 25 minutes and they had not even started my order. The old lady then asks me in a nasty manner "well do you still want them or not" I let her know their service was unprofessional and abhorrent to say the least. She accused me of berating her and I told her to remember who is the customer and paying their good money...ME!!! I told her sure go ahead and make the order. I go home and unwrap my order to find a green piece of plastic smuggled into my food. Not only were they rude and nasty but that also showed how careless they were when it came to food safety. I will never return to this business as long as that woman (I use that term loosely is still there). They have no respect for their customers and do not practice food safety. I should have been tipped off by this when I walked in and saw an older gentleman making a similar complaint about his order not being ready after waiting 40 minutes. I will put this review on every site I can. This place is a mockery of a REAL business.

So sad of me to drive by this place so many times just to go to Sea Pride 2, much like everyone else I come to find out they are closed for good and refer me to Sea Pride. To far out of the Liberty neighborhood I tried here and have never been let down. I am addicted to the large crabs, steam shrimp and corn. The corn is seasonal because they use local farms but when its in it's a must with my crabs.

I live on liberty rd an northern pkwy.one time I was looking for good crabs an where I normally go was closed.so I spotted this place after living in the same neighborhood for years.on July 10 2013 my sister bought two dozens an they were absolutely delicious like omg wth was my reaction.i give united crabs a two thumbs up but imma need them to open in weekends I'm a big crab fanatic so please keep selling those good crabs thank you from a friendly customer Michael Jackson

Omg they have the best crabs around! I got crabs from them one time and after that I've been going 4 times a week. They are so addictive. I get the 42 females. They are always full of meat and very flavorful. When they are closed I go thru withdrawal!

Love this place grate crabz

I had. A 1/2 bushel of medium and large crabs. They were awesome. You can not go wrong here and the crabs are soooooooo good. Always choose united first.
