South Lake Family Health Center

This place is despicable my 59 year old dad blood sugar was extremely high he went to south lake hospital where they admitted him for the night upon release they requested he follow up with his primary due to blury vision and weakness, when he went to this primary the receptionist and the manager Jason refused to see him that he had a appointment two weeks later there is no opening my dad continue to say he was told to come here and what if something happens to him from now till then they proceeded refusing to give him service and told him they would call him.
