Very professional fast curteous service. Had read some reviews and was a little skeptical but decided to take a chance, now im glad i did. Have found a great place and great team to care for my vehicle.

Fast, courteous service. I stopped for a tire repair and was warmly greeted by Charles. Kyle had my tire off, valve stem replaced and back on my car in less than 15min (Nascar material there) and I was back on the road in no time. I will be back, very satisfied customer!

I have never been to a mechanic before who was so friendly and straight-forward with me before. They told me exactly what was wrong with my car and what they could do to fix it. They gave a very reasonable price for all the work that was done, and after I got the car back, they gave me all the information about what was wrong and how they fixed it.

STAY AWAY. If you want to be robbed go here. I have NEVER been treated worse by any business let alone just a mechanic. I can not stress how bad this was

Horrible experience! Poor customer service! It's all about money! I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. They fixed it and said that if the same problem happens again to bring the car back within 2 weeks. This was also written on the invoice. After 10 days, the same problem happened, so I had it towed back to their shop. Now, they were charging me to take a look at it again for the same problem! Be careful of these people! They want to charge me for their mistake. If they are experienced mechanics, this should have diagnosed the problem in the first place. Also, as a courtesy to the customer, they shouldn't be charging me again since they were the ones who screwed up. I wonder if misdiagnosing the problem was intentional. BEWARE and stay away!!!

I use Bill's on Broadway all the time for all my auto service, and repair needs. They are always very friendly, fast, honest, and priced right!

At first they seemed really knowledgeable and friendly. They couldn't track down the code on the Jag, thus they weren't able to diagnose the most pressing issue.....not their fault if it doesn't do it for them and doesn't show up...what can you say? But then they proceeded to give us estimates on how much to fix this, that, the other, etc. and in the end they couldn't fix any buy one thing bcz the tools required are dealer tools, soooo...why quote the price if you know you can't do the work? The one thing they did fix is the power windows and no sooner did we get it home than the door panel was falling off so we took it back and they put it back on "to their satisfaction" and it's still falling off. If there were parts in it broken they should have said so but according to them it's ok and yet it's still flapping around? Maybe they're good with most cars but a bit clunky on their knowledge of Jaguars? Dunno, but I won't be going back.
