Hale Pet Door

This is my second pet door from Hale; I am a facilities engineer, and they are the best product on the market - solid, well-designed, well-manufactured, efficient, and effective - and well worth the price. However, this review is really about Zach and this shop's customer service. I got a new (giant) puppy, and had to leave on a business trip the following week. Knowing my tight schedule, I ordered an unusual door that wasn't in stock. It was to be shipped up from the manufacturing facility and available the day after I left (4 days after order), but didn't arrive. Zach offered me a 'loaner' door that I could install for the week that I was out of town, and even drove it *across town* *in a freaking snowstorm* to deliver it to me, so I could get it installed the night before I left. (My pup was soooo happy.) I swapped out the door for the one I had ordered when I got back from my trip, and all was right with the world. That doesn't happen much. These folks really did the right thing, and went above-and-beyond in their customer service. Thank you, Zach.
