Everything is fine with the staff and facility. However, the wait times are RIDICULOUS. A staff member just announced its a wait time of 6 hours to get in a chair. No, I am not exaggerating!! The issue is with the scheduling. Please schedule as if you have a full staff, which you don’t!!!! I’ve been here 2 1/2 hrs and there are still 10 ahead of me. So aggravating.

This used to be so quick! Now its not uncommon to plan on spending an hour and half if not more between check in and donating. I used to be out in an hour or less. They either need to up the compensation or hire more help...sounds like its a management problem!

I want everyone to know that Greenwood Biolife Plasma Services sucks the life out of you and i am hoping it changes because there are wonderful people that work here and deserve better

I worked for the greenwood biolife plasma service for 1yr and 3 months I held the title of QLT. During my employment there were many disturbing incidents that drove MANY employees to quit. This company makes you feel worthless and only follows the company policies when it best fits them. They have no consideration for medical emergencies or family life at all. I am hoping that writing this that change can happen for the many employees that nee the job but resent and absolutely hate this company. They fear retaliation but someone has to stand up.

Management sucks and they run their employees in the ground. This place should be ashamed of how it is ran

Used to be good. Now they are slow, workers are stressed, and they train their own amateur stickers with other amateur stickers. Donor compensation is not keeping up with their poor service. From the time I hit the donor floor today it was 30 minutes till I was stuck. We'll see how long it takes to take down when I'm done. Stand by...
