Provided by SuperpagesVery poor service, left without being seen after waiting for over 1.5hours. had first appointment time. bathroom was dirty & had no paper towels, & the toilet paper was sitting on counter, carpet in waiting area in obvious need of vacuuming. people were leaving that came in after us while we were still waiting--we were just there for cleaning.

Provided by DexKnowsThis was my first time at this dentist office. My appointment was scheduled at 11:00. I arrived at 10:45. I was not called back until 12:30pm. The woman in the waiting room beside me said her appointment was at 10:00 am and she was not called back until 12:00. When I was finally seen and had my teeth cleaned by the dental hygenist, not the doctor, I laid on the chair awkwardly for what felt like a good 15 minutes before the actual doctor finally came to talk to me. Even the dental hygenist was apologizing for the wait. He was very friendly but explained that my teeth would need thousands of dollars worth of dental work and I would be seeing a lot of him over the next couple months. The only issue I have been having with my teeth is my wisdom teeth, so why I would need to have 5 teeth pulled, 3 root canals, and numerous cavities filled is beyond me. Nevertheless, I went ahead and let them schedule a second appointment to have some of the cavities filled. After I left, I decided that I need to get a second opinion because based on the amount of patients in the waiting room and the ridiculous long time I had to wait, something seemed fishy. Well I called the next day to ask how I could get a hold of my records and was told I would have to complete a form and have them sent to the new dentist, that I couldn't just take them with me in hand. I asked when a good time would be to come fill this form out was and they said any time during business hours. The business hours listed on the website are 8am-5pm Monday- Friday. I actually had to take PTO from work and leave early so I could get to the office at 4:30 on Monday to complete this form. To my surprise, when I arrived at 4:30 the office was closed and locked up, not a single car in the parking lot. So today, (Tuesday) I have called the office at least 10 times since 11 am to get this form faxed to me. Each time I was sent to voicemail. I left a message with my information and never received a call back. I called for the last time around 2:15 pm and the answering message actually says they are closed for the day! I am really disappointed with this service, considering there are multiple employees at the front desk who could answer the phones. I am not sure how this place is still in business with this kind of service. When ever I am actually able to get my records and see my trusted childhood dentist in Raleigh next week, I will give an update as to whether what I was told by Dr. Burton was legitimate or exaggerated.

Provided by DexKnowsMy two daughters go there so i know they are very hard to see. The staff has always been very friendly and proffessional. However took five appointments over 9 months for one crown, think overcharging for visits or something and do unnecessary work. I have a throbbing tooth now with a swollen gumline. Called over a month ago, put on waiting list, have not heard a thing from them. Like i said, friendly, but dont hold your breath or expect emergency care at all.

Provided by DexKnowsMy family and I were seen at this facility a few times and I have not been happy. It's very hard to get an appointment, their phone line says they are closed when they aren't, no one picks up the phone and if you try to make an appointment online no one ever calls you back. The techs there are not gentle at all and one actually yelled at my son because he was too scared to sit in the chair (it was his first time). We will not be returning!

Provided by DexKnowsI tried calling for DAYS to make an appointment and the phone would just ring and ring. When I finally got someone on the phone, I explained why I needed to be seen and she transferred me to another girl without telling me she would be transferring me. Next thing I know, I'm leaving a voicemail to someone that said they would return my call by the end of the day. I never received a call so had to try multiple times the following day to get an appt. The day of my appt, they left me a voicemail asking if I could change the time of my appointment. Because I was at work, I did not receive the voicemail in time. I called to confirm my original appointment time and they told me I was still scheduled. I sat in the waiting room for well over thirty minutes and then got called up to the front and told I would have to be rescheduled. I asked for a copy of my records and told them I would not be returning. They did not act apologetic or upset that they were losing business one bit.
