Highly recommended due to mechanic James C. He is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. If the owner, Kirk, was half as personable as James...I'd rate the place 5 stars.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI went in with a flat tire, from the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and helped! I took the tire to the gentleman in the shop, he immediately greeted me with a smile, stopped what he was doing and addressed my tire issue. These days you do not get service like this anywhere. Had I went to a big box store, or even a tire place I would have had to sit in a waiting room for hours. These folks are absolute professional and they only charged $12 for the plug and I needed a valve stem that was $3 what a bargain!!! I will be back and hopefully next time without another flat tire!!!

On 9/26/2013, my daughter's car broke down on the road. She called me (her mom) to come and help her. She and I tried and tried to get her car to crank/run. For about a hour, with no success. We had no choice but to leave it (with 4 way flashers on) until we could get help. In the meantime, the Hwy. Patrol saw her car and called McConnell Road Exxon to tow and he did tow it to my home. From point of breakdown to my home was less than 10 miles. He charged me $165.00. I did not have that much cash and I told him I had to go to ATM. He said hurry up or I will have to charge you more. I returned with $170.00. I gave that to him and he gave me $4.00 back and told me "this is the best I can do". My receipts shows $165.00. This is not correct. Then he got her car off the rollback, HE WAS ARGUMENTATIVE, ARROGANT AND RUDE.. He told me I shouldn't have left her car, etc. I want to warn the public, IF YOU WANT TO FEEL ROBBED, CALL THIS TOW COMPANY. HE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE.
