Sullivan's Cleaning & Restoration Service

I am shocked to see the bad review below. I have dealt Sullivan's Cleaning on two previous occasions and am working with currently on my basement flooding. The first time I worked with them my roof collapsed do to too much snow. They came in and had everything fixed and like new if not better within a few days. They were extremely affordable and the employees seemed to want to be friends with me and seemed to really care about doing a good job.

The second time they worked with us my dryer had caught fire and burnt about quarter of my house. The rest of my home was badly damaged by smoke. They restored everything and were very professional. I had actually worried because I had several computers in my home with several important documents on them. I was afraid I was going to lose my data. Sullivan's some how cleaned the computers even and we were not forced to replace them. My business is ran off computers so this was huge for us.

I have noticed that the same review below is listed on several sites. After reading your review I am curious to if we are even talking about the same company.

Dan at Sullivan's handled my insurance claim for water damage with professionalism and respect. Our sump pump had cut out without us knowing and decided to let about an inch an a half of water in our finished basement. After about few days a few fans and some big shiny dehumidifiers my basement was dry and then came the tear down and replace. It was pretty frustrating seeing all of the hard work we did setting our basement up get torn out. However after reconstruction and once the carpet was replaced it seemed like nothing had ever happened at all. Thank you Dan, and the entire crew at Sullivan's!

Side Note: My wife decided that she was going to spill something pink on our carpet upstairs and Bruce came over from Sullivan's and got it out after Stain Master couldnt. Very impressed. Will be using him for carpet cleaning in the future as well.

Had a fire that left most of my house charred. Sullivan's came in and gave me peace of mind. Though it was still very stressful Sullivan's helped make it a bit smoother and I was very appreciative. They were able to save things that I thought was lost forever, and were able to rebuild my home back to how it was prior to our fire. Though some of the items had memories attached to them, we need to remember not to be attached to possessions and instead be attached to the memories.

Dried our house and repaired the damage from a car hitting our house. They did an excellent job and worked with out insurance so we didn't have to stress about it.

Had a leaky roof, they came to my house dried it, and repaired the damage and had us back to normal in 3 weeks. Great work.

Insurance company referred me it was a nice surprise they didn't undercut me because of working from the insurance. They did great work. Kept in contact with me the entire time.

Price is a little higher than most, but the service and results were much higher than the other carpet cleaning companies. This will be my go to company going forward.

Turkey burnt in the oven and my entire house smelt like burnt hair. They came in cleaned it up and repaired the fire damage.

Dried out my house and got rid of the mold smell in the basement from all the flooding.

Made the best out of a crappy situation. Crew was very kind, and they worked primarily around my schedule. I appreciate that.

Dan made sure there wasn't a spot in my home with smoke damage.

Still can't believe you were able to salvage all of my stuff in my basement. Thanks for drying us up, and next year I will remember to check my sump pump prior to the winter thaw. On a side note I always thought it was a sub pump. Just another thing I learned. Thanks again.

They clean my carpet and also repaired my home after the storm. Give them a call if you need anything I strongly recommend them.

We had a tragedy happen in our family and Sullivan's came and helped us along the way. We had done a search for someone to help us take care of this and we were very happy with the professional treatment we received, and the politeness the employees showed. Had Sullivan's Cleaning clean some rugs for me...These belonged to my great grandmother. They have been in the family for a long time. They are not common rugs and are known as tapestries. I searched the internet for a long time before finding someone qualified to clean these for me. I called and they refered me to Bruce who is the carpet tech at Sullivan's. He came to my house and gave me an estimate on the cleaning and told me that with the age you couldn't expect everything to look brand new on these rugs because of sun spotting or lighting or something like that. They had my rugs for a total of 8 days. On the 8th day I got a call stating the rugs were finished. I went to go pick them up and I was shocked at what I found...The rugs looked prestine. The colors were bright and vivid, and all the dirt and few stains were washed away like they had never happened. These 80+ year old rugs still looked old but at the same time had a prestine look and feel to them. I don't know exactly how they did it or even what they did to remove years worth of dirt and grime but they did an amazing job. I will be bringing these in more often as the cost was not nearly as high as I expected. Great work Bruce and thank you!
