General InfoHome performance contracting is a term that many homeowners are now beginning to understand and have come to expect. Our purpose is to provide homeowners with the benefit of “one stop shopping” for the whole package of energy and comfort upgrades. More important, we take one-point responsibility for the way all the systems in the house will interact. It’s not the usual situation, where one trade contractor rarely thinks about how his work may affect what some other trade has done.
