Burger King

My husband stopped by Burger King #3884 in Grandview, MO on November 3, 2015. He said he was in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes while someone had a problem with their bank card. I felt like they should have asked THAT person to come inside and deal with the bank card there, NOT IN DRIVE-THRU! Anyway, my husband finally pulled around and went inside to place OUR order. We ordered a Junior Whopper, with no onion, no pickles, & no ketchup; an Original Chicken Sandwich with mayo and lettuce, small onion rings, and a Hersey pie. When he got home and we got ready to eat, SURPRISE! The Junior Whopper had everything on it, everything that he asked NOT to put on there... The Original Chicken Sandwich was not chicken at all! It had two hamburger patties on a chicken sandwich bun and everything else on it, and HOT sauce also! We had to use all the napkins they gave us to scrape everything off and throw in the trash! I had to put new buns of my own on the two hamburger patties so I would at least have a meal! The only thing that was okay were the cold onion rings which I had to reheat in the microwave and the Hershey pie! Had we not had an appointment to make at 6:30, I would have got right in the car and taken it all back up there! This is not the first screw up they have made, but it is absolutely the WORST ONE EVER! Then I tried to go online and do the survey and even THAT WAS SCREWED UP! It did not let me put in the customer survey code: 78731-89021-03802-151429 located on my receipt; it kept saying I was putting it in wrong, but that is what is printed on my ticket! Order # 79! Nov 03 2015 05:08 PM... I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BURGER KING!

I just got home from getting Burger King you screws up my order and gave me cold fries!!!! The Icey Machine Is ALWAYS broken. Only once in every week my order is right and I get hot fries get your crap together
