Lewis Heating & A/C

Lewis Heating and Air - more specifically James Lewis is an absolute conartist. He installed my unit last month and stated he would register and email me my warranty paperwork (expertise? this was after he couldn't figure out how to wire the hvac unit into our nest, so we had to then buy an old school thermostat. Promptness? He spent THE WHOLE DAY at our house). Reguardless he NEVER sent this paperwork to us, his employee stole our multimeter (which was no where near their equipment AND was prominantly labeled with our name..we later got back after essentially begging him to bring it back), I have been calling him and leaving multiple messages for FOUR WEEKS until today when he finally called me back he plainly stated that the email that the registration and warranty information came in he deleted, so he can't give me that information anymore. When I told him that was unacceptable he had the audacity to YELL at me saying he was "doing me a favor" - when I said "no, you told me that I can't register the unit myself (which I found out isn't true) and you said YOU would email me the paperwork, your words" he then hung up on me.
This is the most horrific unprofessional hvac experience I have ever had in my life! I certainly won't EVER be doing business with this unqualified pathetic excuse for an hvac company again, and I would hope you won't either. I want to inform everyone I can about James Lewis and the rampently dishonest company he is running.
