I have never been treated such from a VA clinic or a private doctor like I was at the Action VA clinic ... The professionalism was unbelievable ....The let's get down to business and find out what your problem is and get it fixed was unbelievable ... It's the next day and I'm feeling better already .... Questionable Health Care and definite poor customer service. This is the second worst clinic I have ever been to in my life of over 50 years. Your better off going elsewhere. The only thing these people will do is take your money. They can't help you. Always arriving before my appointed time, on my second visit I requested a refund (they require payment upon arrival) after nearly 2 hours of waiting. At that time I was told they could see me now. This was not a squeeze in appointment, otherwise I could understand. This clinic uses PA's. I never did see an MD or DO at this clinic.
